The Fire Magic Aurora built-in power burner (19-7B) adds a high-output wok, stock pot and fry station beside an Aurora grill. A dual-ring burner with independent controls goes from a low simmer to a hard boil, a removable flame collimator (stir-fry ring) concentrates heat for wok cooking, and a stainless lid covers it when not in use. Choose natural gas or propane, with a stainless steel or porcelain cast iron cooking grid.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: power burner with lid, the selected cooking grid and the flame collimator; a 6 ft wire extension to draw power from a compatible Fire Magic grill power supply box
- Required: a ventilated enclosure with the cutout above, a gas supply at the pressures above with an accessible shut-off, and a 120VAC GFCI outlet
- Optional: a Fire Magic independent power supply box if the burner will not share a grill's power supply (power supplies equipped with Echelon griddles are not compatible)
Installation Notes
Fire Magic designs the power burner for outdoor use only and requires a qualified professional installer. Keep 18 in from combustibles, provide enclosure vent openings so leaked gas cannot collect, and allow at least 5 ft to overhead construction, with a 1,200 CFM hood under any combustible roof or pergola. In New York City, a fixed natural gas line requires a licensed master plumber and a DOB permit, and FDNY restricts propane cylinder storage and use. What cutout do I need?
Fire Magic's spec guide lists 19 in wide, 18-3/4 in deep and 11-3/4 in high for the Aurora power burner.
Does it need electricity?
Yes, for the hot surface ignition: it can share a compatible Fire Magic grill power supply through the included extension, or use an optional independent power supply box on a 120VAC GFCI outlet.
Can I use a wok on it?
Yes. The flame collimator (stir-fry ring) concentrates the flame for wok cooking and can be removed for flat-bottom pots.
Do I need a hood?
Under combustible overhead construction, yes: Fire Magic requires a hood of at least 1,200 CFM larger than the cooking area.

Warranty
Fire Magic's limited warranty from R.H. Peterson Co. covers side burners and other components for three years and ignition systems and electronic components, including lights, for one year, for the original purchaser in single family residential use. The warranty does not apply to rust, corrosion, oxidation or discoloration unless the affected part becomes inoperable, and it does not cover labor.
