The Fire Magic Premium Flush 53930SC-12 puts a slide-out trash tray and two enclosed drawers behind 30 in double doors, so waste stays out of sight next to the grill and dry goods stay sealed beside it. Soft-close hinges and glides and double-walled 304 stainless give it a solid feel, and the flush face matches Echelon Diamond and Aurora grills.

  • You will need: a finished island opening of 21 x 30 1/2 x 20 1/2 in (H x W x D), a trash bin sized for the tray, and silicone caulk

Installation Notes

There is no gas or electrical connection. Fire Magic calls for installation by a qualified professional using the exact cut-out for the model, with the unit pushed fully into the opening and fastened through the installation screw slots; seal behind the trim with silicone caulk, and use the Fire Magic BK-1 bracket kit where the island wall is 1 1/2 to 2 1/4 in thick. Make sure the island enclosure is vented as your grill manual requires.

This model has no louvers. Fire Magic requires a louvered door model for propane cylinder storage, so do not keep a tank in this unit. For tank storage use the louvered 53930SC-12T.

Warranty

Fire Magic warrants Premium Flush and Echelon Black (5 Series) doors, drawers and pantries for three (3) years from the date of purchase (Fire Magic install specifications L-C2-358 REV 5). The warranty applies to the original purchaser, for products installed in the United States or Canada and used in single family residential settings, and requires proof of purchase.
