Fire Magic Select 4-Series 31-Inch Large Utility Drawer - 44830-S

Fire Magic Select 4-Series Large Utility Drawer - 44830-S

A single wide drawer in 304 stainless steel, 31 in across and 13 in tall, new for the 2027 Fire Magic Select line. This is the one deep drawer that takes the things that will not lie flat in a standard drawer bank: long tools, a griddle plate, rolled covers, bags of wood chips.

At 31 in wide it spans most of a standard island bay, and the 20 1/2 in depth matches the rest of the Select storage line so it sits in the same framing. Double-wall construction and a continuous full-perimeter rain guard are shared across the series.

Key Features

• 31 in wide by 13 in tall in one drawer. The largest single drawer in the series, sized for long-handled tools and bulky items that a shallow drawer cannot hold.
• 304 stainless steel throughout. The grade that resists pitting and staining outdoors, including in coastal and poolside air.
• Double-wall construction. Two skins rather than one, so a drawer front this wide stays flat and feels solid instead of flexing across its span.
• Continuous rain guard. Full-perimeter sealing keeps water out of the drawer and out of the island enclosure behind it.
• Square-edge detailing and exterior mounting. The frame sits proud of the island face, which makes it forgiving of an opening that is slightly out of square.
• Matches the Select door line. Same finish, same edge detail and same 20 1/2 in depth as the 4-Series doors, so a mixed run of doors and drawers reads as one piece of cabinetry.

Specifications

What's Included

• One Select 4-Series large utility drawer, model 44830-S
• Mounting hardware
• Installation instructions

Required to Complete the Installation

Nothing further is required. This is a drop-in unit with no gas or electrical connection and no separate frame kit to buy. It needs a finished island opening of 13 in high by 31 in wide by 20 1/2 in deep.

The 20 1/2 in depth is the figure to check first. Unlike the doors in this series, a drawer needs real depth behind the island face, so confirm there is 20 1/2 in clear of any pipework, gas line or the back of a grill cut-out before ordering.

Optional Accessories and Matching Units

The Select 4-Series also includes vertical single doors at 14 1/2 in and 17 1/2 in (44920, 44924), horizontal single doors at 20 1/2 in and 24 1/2 in (44914, 44917), a louvered vertical door for propane tank ventilation (44920-1) and double access doors at 30 in and 39 in (44930S, 44938S). Matching units are linked below.

Note on documentation: Fire Magic has not yet published a 4-Series specific installation sheet.
