The Firegear Sanctuary is a rectangular gas fire pit table cast in glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) and made in the USA. It comes in 56 in. and 76 in. widths, four finishes (Arctic, Chocolate, Raven and Slate) and three ignition systems, all selected in the options.
GFRC will not rust, the flame height is adjustable at the control knob, a safety valve shuts the gas off if the flame goes out, and every table ships with a weather cover.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: rectangular GFRC fire pit, rectangular pan burner system, handheld remote control, weather cover and user's manual (manufacturer box list)
- Required: decorative media, sold separately. For the 56 in. model use about 30 lb of fire glass, 20 lb of lava rock or 35 lb of lava stones; for the 76 in. model about 40 lb, 30 lb or 45 lb. See the Firegear media guide
- Required: a natural gas line or propane supply, plus a 120 V outlet for AWEIS models
Installation Notes
Install outdoors only, on a level surface, keeping the clearances in the Firegear manual. Gas connections should be made by a licensed gas fitter.
In New York City natural gas work requires a licensed master plumber and permit, and the FDNY restricts propane on terraces and rooftops. Book an outdoor living design consultation to plan the gas line and seating area.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which ignition should I choose?
Match Throw is the simplest and needs no power; TPSI lights with a push button on battery power; AWEIS adds remote control and needs a 120 V outlet.
Can I convert fuel later?
Match Throw models can be converted to propane with a kit. AWEIS has no conversion kit, so order the correct fuel.
Is media included?
No. Fire glass, lava rock or lava stones are purchased separately.
