- Stand frame, wings, castors and fixings (per Gozney build manual)
- You will need: a Gozney Arc or Arc XL, a propane tank and a Gozney gas connector
Installation Notes
Build the stand on level ground in front of where it will stand. Keep all four castors locked unless moving it, never move the oven while warm, push or pull from the stand rather than the oven, and disconnect the gas first. Gozney says to use a Gozney gas connector or one meeting ANSI Z21.69 / CSA 6.16 with a quick-disconnect meeting ANSI Z21.41 / CSA 6.9. To protect the wood, store it out of the sun, dry it after rain and oil it every 8 weeks. Planning an outdoor kitchen or pizza station? Book a design consultation.
