The Gozney Dome Gen 2 in Bone is a freestanding outdoor oven built around Gozney's lateral rolling flame and a thick cordierite stone floor. It has 40 percent more cooking space than the original Dome, room for two 10 in pizzas or one 16 in, and it runs on propane for convenience or on wood or charcoal when you want live-fire flavor.

- You will need: a 20 lb or larger propane cylinder with a safety collar, a level, non-combustible surface rated for 137 lb (such as the Gozney Dome Gen 2 stand), and kiln-dried hardwood or lumpwood charcoal if you cook with solid fuel

Installation Notes
The Dome is for outdoor use only. Keep 1 ft of clearance at the back and sides and 3 ft 4 in at the front from combustible construction, never place it under or on a combustible structure, and leave 2 in clear around the base for airflow. Gozney says not to use it under any apartment, balcony or deck.
Connect the supplied regulator and hose to the propane cylinder, leak test with soapy water before the first use and whenever the hose is reconnected, and never run gas and wood at the same time or use the gas burner to light wood. Unboxing takes about four people because of the weight.
In New York City, FDNY restricts propane cylinders and open-flame cooking on balconies, terraces and roofs of most residential buildings, so confirm what your building allows before you buy. Planning an outdoor kitchen around it? Book a design consultation.

Can it burn wood as well as gas?
Yes. Dome Gen 2 runs on propane, wood or charcoal, one fuel at a time. Never use gas and wood together.
How big a pizza fits?
One 16 in pizza or two 10 in pizzas on the 398.2 sq in floor.
Does it need assembly?
No. It arrives fully assembled; you set it on its surface, fit the flue and connect the thermometer.
What propane tank do I need?
Gozney recommends a 20 lb cylinder minimum and 40 lb or larger for best performance.
