Description

The Lumien W4B4-2.5W-27-A is a solid brass Select Series 6 in modular hardscape light in an antique finish: it hides under a wall cap or step tread and washes the face below with 2700K or 3000K static white. The housing and light module are separate, so the module can be replaced later without pulling the fixture.

Installation Notes

Lumien requires a remote low voltage transformer (10 to 15 V at the fixture). Size the transformer for the total VA on the run and have a qualified landscape lighting installer make the 120 V connection.

Set the plate under the wall cap or tread before the cap goes down, and leave the lead accessible for later module service.

Can the light module be replaced?

Yes. Lumien builds it as a housing with a removable module for easy replacement.

Is a transformer included?

No. It runs from a remote Lumien 12-15 V low voltage transformer, sold separately.

How do I size the transformer?

Add up the VA of every fixture on the run and choose a Lumien transformer with headroom; Lumien publishes the VA rating of each fixture.

Warranty

Lumien's 2026 warranty policy covers brass housings for life (finish excluded), the brass finish for ten (10) years, and 12V electronics and light sources for ten (10) years. Keep your proof of purchase for any claim.
