The Lynx Professional LSB2-2 puts two 15,000 BTU sealed brass burners beside your built-in grill, so sauces, sides and a pot of corn cook outdoors while the grill handles the main course. This listing is the propane version, with hot surface ignition, blue-lit controls and the same welded stainless look as Lynx Professional grills.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- LSB2-2 double side burner
- You will need: a non-combustible island with a 12-1/8 x 24-1/2 x 10-5/8 in cutout, a propane supply with a T-handle shut-off valve, a 120 V GFCI outlet near the rear of the cutout, and enclosure ventilation openings

Installation Notes
Install only in a built-in enclosure of non-combustible materials; the burner drops into the cutout and hangs from its trim. Provide ventilation openings in the enclosure, keep combustible construction 12 in from the sides and back below the counter and 18 in above it, and never install under an unprotected overhead combustible surface.
A qualified installer must make the gas connection with a T-handle manual shut-off and leak test it, and a 120 V GFCI outlet must sit within 6 in of the 1 in hole at the rear of the cutout for the ignition and lights.
In New York City, outdoor gas piping must be installed by a licensed master plumber under a permit, and FDNY limits propane cylinders on terraces and rooftops, so plan the gas supply with your contractor early. Planning the full kitchen? Book a design consultation.

Each burner is rated 15,000 BTU, 30,000 BTU total, with a range down to a simmer.
Does it need electricity?
Yes. Hot surface ignition and the LED lights need a 120 V GFCI outlet within 6 in of the rear hole in the cutout.
Can it go in a wood island?
No. Lynx requires a non-combustible enclosure and clearances to any combustible construction.
Can I switch fuel later?
Lynx offers conversion kits; a qualified installer should do the conversion.

Warranty
Lynx warrants the stainless steel body and cooking grates for the lifetime of the original purchaser, manifolds and gas valves for five (5) years, and all other components for two (2) years.
