The Lynx Ventana LSA30-4 puts an access door and two drawers behind one 30 in opening, with the clean, contemporary Ventana face and lit interiors for evening cooking. The door has a soft-close hinge and the drawers run on soft-close slides, while the sealed frame helps keep dust and water out.

Installation Notes
Frame a 25-7/16 in wide by 19 in high opening with 24-1/2 in of depth, leaving at least 3-1/2 in above and 2-1/2 in below as the Lynx drawing shows, then set the unit in and fasten it through the 11/16 in mounting flange. The unit has a 5 ft power cable for its interior lighting, so plan an outlet or Lynx power connection inside the island.
If you keep the grill's propane cylinder behind the door, follow your grill manual for enclosure ventilation. In New York City, FDNY rules limit propane cylinder storage on balconies, terraces and rooftops, so confirm what your building allows before planning tank storage in the island.
