Marquis by Kingsman 5 Piece Tile Lip Kit with Screw 60VL-TLK

The Marquis 60VL-TLK is the optional tile lip kit for the Marquis Enclave 60 (MQVL60 / MQVLBG60) linear direct vent gas fireplace. The installation manual says the kit may be used as a trim around the opening of the fireplace and is fastened with the supplied self-tapping screws, giving tile, stone or brick a clean edge to finish against.

Installation Notes

Fit the kit before the finish goes on, and keep the facing materials within the noncombustible limits in the manual. In New York City, gas fireplaces and inserts are installed under the NYC Fuel Gas Code by a licensed master plumber, with DOB filing where required.

Warranty

Kingsman limited warranty, per the Kingsman and Marquis manuals: in the first year after installation, Kingsman replaces any component part found defective in materials or workmanship, with labor at its rate schedule through an authorized Kingsman dealer (accent light bulbs, gasketing and paint excluded). The lifetime term covers the fireplace heat exchanger, combustion chamber and burner, not accessories, and applies only at the original installation site in the United States or Canada.
