The WRT8048 ships as a box only and requires a Mosaic Masonry brick liner, so this kit completes the firebox with a dark split herringbone brick pattern. It is for builders and homeowners finishing a Superior WRT8000 series open-hearth fireplace.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: the brick panel set, side and rear retaining brackets, grate retainers, masonry screws, cotter pins, push-on nuts, a grout touch-up kit and the installation instructions
- Required: a Superior WRT8048 wood-burning fireplace, installed in its permanent location before the panels are placed
- Required: at least two people to lift the panels, and basic tools including a drill, a 1/8" masonry bit and a 5/16" nut driver
- Needed for grouting: cement and sand, a piping bag, a joint striker and a mixing bucket
Installation Notes
Install the panels only after the fireplace is in its permanent location. The panels are heavy, so use help when moving them. Follow the Superior refractory kit instruction sheet.
