- We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.

Description
The Orion V2 Traditional puts the second-generation LCD flame into a classic firebox shape — the one Orion that will retrofit straight into an existing wood-burning masonry fireplace. Sharper contrast, deeper blacks and adaptive brightness make the flame read as real from across the room, and with a real split-wood log set over an active ember bed, the illusion holds up close too.
- Retrofits an existing masonry firebox — or installs built-in / recessed in new framing.
- 24 multi-dimensional flame options — wood-burning, gas and hybrid patterns across six colours, three-speed control, ten-colour ember bed with Fade Mode.
- Next-generation LCD with adaptive brightness, mirrored background and tinted front glass to cut glare.
- Authentic life-like logs crafted from real split wood over an active ember bed.
- Premium audio — custom speakers, Bluetooth streaming and three crackling soundscapes.
- Smart PTC ceramic heat, independent of the flame, so you can run the fire year-round.
- Ever-expanding flame library delivered over the air through the Modern Flames+ app.
Choosing Your Configuration
Size is required. The TruWood Premium Timber Kit is optional — leave it set to "Without" for the fireplace as supplied. TruWood swaps the standard log set for real split-wood timbers and is matched to your size automatically.
Fitting into an existing opening that doesn't match? Optional surrounds are available for the 26", 30" and 36" in small and large sizes — see the linked surround products below. The 42" and 54" do not have a surround option.
Indoor use only. Unlike the Orion V2 Slim and Multi, the Traditional is not approved for outdoor installation.
