The Mont Alpi MAPCL is a large mobile prep center and bar cart with a 2.7 cu. ft. outdoor-rated refrigerator built in. A ceramic top gives you a durable surface for prep, serving or a tabletop griddle or pizza oven, and two 304 stainless steel drawers include an insulated ice basket for cans and bottles.

It rolls on four heavy-duty wheels, two of them locking, so it can live next to the grill and move out of the way when the party is over. The refrigerator holds 34 to 52 degrees F, runs on standard 115V power, and is rated for ambient temperatures from 18 to 154 degrees F.

Installation Notes

The MAPCL is freestanding, so there is nothing to build: set it on a level surface, lock the two braking wheels and plug the refrigerator into a GFCI-protected outdoor outlet. Keep the rear vent clear so the compressor can breathe. Book a design consultation if you are planning a full outdoor kitchen around it.
