The Montigo DelRay Full-Load 48 (DRL4813NI-2) is a linear direct vent gas fireplace with a 48-1/2 inch wide viewing area and only 12-3/4 inches of depth, designed for large open rooms where a slim built-in wall is the goal. A concealed burner with ice fireglass makes the flame float over black reflective glass, and the Full-Load package adds a multi-function remote, remote-controlled fans, halogen downlighting and battery backup.

Installation Notes
The manual lists clearances to combustibles of 21 inches at the top, 2 inches at the rear, 1 inch at the sides and 0 inches at the floor, with a 6 inch maximum combustible mantel height. A 10 inch noncombustible hearth is recommended on vinyl or delicate flooring. Gas and venting must be installed by a licensed professional. Can I run it on propane?
Yes, with Montigo's propane conversion kit. Propane input is 19,000 BTU/h compared with 21,000 BTU/h on natural gas.
How deep does the wall need to be?
The framing depth is 14-1/4 inches, which keeps the build slim for an interior wall.
Can I put a TV above it?
The manual says a TV can be wall-mounted above the fireplace but gives no specific TV clearance for the 48, so confirm the heat and clearance plan with us before you build the wall.

Warranty
Per the current listing, Montigo provides a 15-year limited warranty on the firebox, heat exchanger and main burner, with 1-year coverage on gas controls, electronic ignition and other electrical components.
