The Montigo Distinction 36 Full Load (D3615NI-2) is a single-sided contemporary direct vent gas fireplace with a 36 by 15-1/2 inch viewing area, a concealed burner with ice fireglass and multi-color LED uplighting. The optional Cool Wall Advantage lets a TV or artwork sit closer above the opening, and the Full Load package adds a multi-function remote, fans and battery backup.

Installation Notes
Clearances from the manual: 8-13/16 inches to a combustible header, 4 inches at the sides, 1/2 inch at the back and 0 inches at the floor. A combustible mantel is allowed at 16 inches high and 11 inches deep, or 12 inches high with Cool Wall Advantage; the same heights apply for a TV above the unit. Gas and venting must be installed by a licensed professional. In New York City, a direct vent gas fireplace must meet the NYC Fuel Gas Code and be permitted. Warranty
