Apollo 22 Charcoal Water Smoker

The Napoleon AS22K combines adjustable airflow, a water pan and modular cooking sections for slow-smoking meats, poultry, fish and vegetables.

Features and Included Equipment

  • Two stainless steel cooking grids, water pan and charcoal basket.
  • Hanging bar with five stainless steel S-hooks.
  • ACCU-PROBE temperature gauge, three adjustable inlet vents and sealed temperature-probe ports.
  • Insulated handles, access doors, locking casters and section latches.
  • Rotisserie mounting ring included; the motor-and-spit attachment is sold separately.
