Installation Notes
Per the Napoleon manuals, never mix rigid and flex venting or different makers' parts; keep the inner pipe pulled tight with its spacers in place; seal the inner pipe to the flue collar with Mill Pac; and support the run about every 3 ft. Flex runs allow at most 20 ft horizontal and 40 ft vertical. In New York City, gas fireplaces and inserts are installed under the NYC Fuel Gas Code by a licensed master plumber, with DOB filing where required.
Book a design consultation to plan the venting.
