Napoleon Tall Bay Luxuria™ 50 Direct Vent Gas Fireplace
The Tall Bay Luxuria™ 50 is a three-sided bay fireplace with a tall, deep firebox and a luminous log burner with a modulating electric ember bed that keeps glowing after the flame is turned down. MIRRO-FLAME™ porcelain reflective radiant panels come standard, the firebox can be installed three-sided, in a corner or as a one-sided unit, and it needs no power vent or outside air kit. It is a centrepiece fireplace for high-end NYC, Long Island and New Jersey projects.

Choosing Your Configuration
The Luminous Log Burner Kit is required — you must choose one. Napoleon ships the Tall Bay Luxuria™ 50 as a base firebox and the luminous burner kit (with rocks, glowing embers, charcoal, shale, glass and vermiculite) completes it. Ledge Installation Kit is optional: the porcelain reflective ledge kit (PRP50LK) finishes the ledge on a bay installation that uses 3.5-inch framing members and 0.5-inch finishing material.
Also available separately: blower kit (TLVX-BK), corner installation kit with left and right panels (TLVX-CK), wall mount control (W660-0160), Ambient-Glow ember media, Dynamic Heat Control™ Plus blower and duct kits, and natural gas to propane conversion kits. Pricing on those items is not on the current sheet — ask us for a quote and we will add them to your order. Dynamic Heat Control Linear (DHCL1) is included; note that the Dynamic Heat Control Linear and the Ducted Heat Management System cannot be ordered together, you must choose one or the other.
A direct vent kit is required to complete this installation and is sold separately. The Tall Bay Luxuria™ 50 uses 5-inch / 8-inch top venting, and a round wall or Silhouette™ terminal kit is required. Propane installations require rigid vent or a power vent. This model carries a four-week factory lead time.
