Description

This listing covers five Primo rack accessories, each sized to a Primo kamado. The Primo owner's manual lists rack extensions and drip pan racks as optional accessories for the Oval grills: extension racks add an upper cooking tier, the V-rack holds roasts and ribs, and the deflector racks hold the ceramic plates for indirect cooking.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

Installation Notes

Fit racks with the grill cool, and never overload an extension rack. Wear heat-resistant gloves when moving racks or plates in a hot kamado. In New York City, FDNY rules restrict charcoal grilling on the balconies and terraces of multifamily buildings, so confirm with your board or management where a kamado may be used before you buy.

Primo owner's manual: limited lifetime warranty with 20 years on ceramic parts, 5 years on metal parts (not cast iron), 1 year on cast iron and cooking grates, and 30 days on thermometers and felt gaskets, for the original purchaser.
