- We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). Primo's rack accessories are the fastest way to get more out of a kamado. Extension racks add a second cooking tier above the main grate, the V-rack holds roasts and poultry upright, heat deflector racks suspend the ceramic plates for true indirect cooking, and the support rack carries a deflector plate or pizza stone at the height you need.
