Description

The Primo Fredstone is a natural finish, porous ceramic baking stone for Primo kamado grills. It draws moisture from dough for a crisp crust and spreads heat for even baking. The Primo owner's manual recommends a ceramic baking stone, a Primo pizza stone, for pizza on the kamado. Choose the size for your grill.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

Installation Notes

Set the stone on a rack above the deflector and preheat it with the grill rather than adding a cold stone to a hot kamado. In New York City, FDNY rules restrict charcoal grilling on the balconies and terraces of multifamily buildings, so confirm with your board or management where a kamado may be used before you buy.
