The Trade-Wind P7248-12-ISL is a 48-inch pyramid-style island hood for outdoor kitchens with a built-in 1200 CFM three-speed blower, so there is no separate fan to source. It is built in 304 stainless steel with a 32-inch front-to-back capture area and three dimmable halogen lights. A telescoping duct cover is included for ceilings up to 10 feet.

Installation Notes
Installation should be completed by a qualified installer and a licensed electrician. Vent the hood outdoors through metal ductwork only, and do not use a damper in a BBQ hood application. Trade-Wind specifies a minimum 36" between the cooking surface and any custom canopy structure, combustible or non-combustible; follow all published clearances. For 1200 CFM models, keep the duct run to 35 linear feet or less, counting elbows and the cap. Provide a minimum of three feet of weatherproof roof coverage on all sides not protected from rain by an adjacent wall. Trade-Wind notes that performance is not guaranteed for island installations. Plan your layout in a design consultation.

Yes. The P7248-12-ISL has an internal 1200 CFM three-speed blower. The remote-blower version is the P7248-ISL.
