Installation Notes
Use outdoors only, away from overhead combustible construction and with clearance to combustible walls per the TrueFlame manual. Under a patio roof the cooking area needs a vent hood. Natural gas hookups should be made by a licensed plumber; in New York City that means a licensed master plumber and permit, and propane cylinder storage on terraces and rooftops is restricted. Book an outdoor kitchen design consultation and we will plan the layout and gas supply with you.
