This Twin Eagles electric warming drawer features all 304 grade stainless steel welded construction with a sleek full-width stainless steel bar handle. The drawer is equipped with two (2) removable steam pans, racks and lids for all your steaming and dry warming needs. With its wide temperature range of 60-220 degrees Fahrenheit and concealed heating element, this warming drawer offers versatile uses beyond keeping cooked food at a safe, warm temperature; it can be used to defrost food, proofing yeast dough and can even be used as a towel warming for your pool! Humidity controls let you keep your food at the desired texture, dry and crisp or moist and tender. This warming drawer is rated at 120V, 60Hz, 450 watts, and 4 Amps.
