Description
Adds a dedicated searing station to a Twin Eagles grill that was ordered without one. The ceramic infrared burner runs far hotter than a conventional gas burner, so a steak takes on a proper crust in a minute or two a side instead of slowly greying out. It replaces one of the existing burners in the firebox and works across the whole Twin Eagles built-in range.
