The Viking 54 in. stainless steel grill base cabinet (VQBO5322) is the island module that a built-in Viking grill sits on, giving you enclosed storage under the cooking area so tools, covers and supplies stay outside instead of in the kitchen. It is 30 in. deep like every Viking outdoor cabinet, stands on adjustable legs with a snap-on toe kick, and is finished with Viking's professional-style handles to match the rest of the outdoor line. A locally supplied stone or quartz countertop finishes the run.

Installation Notes

Set the cabinet in place, level it on the four legs, screw it to neighboring cabinets with the supplied screws and clips, then set door swing and adjust the hinges, per the Viking outdoor stainless steel cabinets use and care manual. Island and end of run installs need the side and back panels and trimmed toe kicks. Many New York City terraces and rooftops limit gas grills, so confirm your building rules before planning a full island. Does it include a countertop?

No. Viking cabinets need a locally supplied countertop at least 1-1/8 in. thick, such as granite or quartz.

Can the doors swing either way?

Yes. The doors can be set to hinge left or right during installation.

Do I need side or back panels?

Only where the cabinet end or back is exposed, such as an island or the end of a run.

Viking Range, LLC Professional Series outdoor stainless steel warranty (use and care manual): 2 year full warranty on the cabinet and its components; 90 day full cosmetic warranty on decorative items, with defects reported to the selling dealer within 90 days; door hinges and drawer slides covered for parts in year two; lifetime limited warranty on defective stainless steel parts (parts only, excludes surface rust and discoloration). Residential use.
