The Viking DPFGIM is the drain pump kit for Viking 15 in. ice machines installed where a floor drain is not available. Viking's planning guide for the 15 in. ice machine lists it as the drain pump for the gravity-drain FGIM model, and authorized Viking dealers list it for FGIM, FPIM, FGNI and FPNI ice machines; it lets melt water reach a drain the machine could not reach by gravity.

Installation Notes
Install the pump with the ice machine per the Viking instructions, then run the discharge line to an approved drain. Models ending in PIM or PNI are the factory pump-drain versions, so check your model number before ordering. In New York City, drain and water connections are plumbing work for a licensed plumber.
