The Viking Professional 5 Series VQEWD5301 is a 30 in. outdoor warming drawer for a built-in grill island. It holds food from 90 to 220 F, with moist and crisp settings to keep food at the texture you want, and ships with two removable steam pans, lids and steam racks.
The concealed heating element means the drawer doubles as a towel or robe warmer by the pool, and an on light reminds you it is running. It is built in weather-resistant stainless steel to match Viking's outdoor grills.

Installation Notes
Plan the cutout and a dedicated GFI protected 120V circuit before the island is finished, and follow Viking's installation instructions for clearances, since the spec sheet warns not to plan the installation from brochure data alone. In New York City, adding an outdoor outlet or circuit on a terrace or rooftop is work for a licensed electrician and often needs building or board approval.
