The Viking Professional FGNI515 is a 15 inch outdoor-rated nugget ice machine that makes up to 80 pounds of soft, chewable ice a day and holds 26 pounds in its bin. It ships without a door front, so you add your own cabinet panel or Viking's stainless door panel, which makes it a fit for an outdoor kitchen island or a home bar that needs a built-in ice source.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: the ice machine with its drain tubing, hinge covers and leveling leg caps, plus the ice scoop per the current listing. No door panel is supplied.
- Needed: a door panel, either your own custom panel or a Viking stainless panel: left hinge PIDP515TLSS or right hinge PIDP515TRSS.
- Needed: a dedicated 115V, 15 A circuit, a 1/4 inch water line, and a drain connection.
- Optional per the spec sheet: drain pump kit DPFGIM and ice machine cleaner IMC160Z.
Installation Notes
Viking's guide asks for a dedicated circuit, a water line between 20 and 80 psi, and a drain that slopes to the building drain, usually with an air gap where local code requires one. Keep the stainless cover on the kickplate when the machine is used outdoors. Water and drain work should be done by a licensed plumber and the circuit by a licensed electrician.
