The XO 15-inch undercounter nugget ice maker makes the soft, chewable nugget ice that bartenders and home entertainers prefer, at up to 85 lb a day with a 25 lb bin. The drain pump is factory installed, so the unit can discharge to a drain above its own level instead of needing a gravity run. It is panel ready for your own cabinet front or the optional XO stainless steel door and handle kit, and it is rated for indoor use only.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: ice maker with factory drain pump, 9 ft of 3/8 in. drain hose, ice scoop and mounting hardware for a custom panel (per XO manual)
- Option: the With Door/Handle Kit variant adds the XOUIM15SD stainless steel door and handles
- You will need: a 1/4 in. cold water line with an isolation valve (20 to 80 psi); an inline water filter is recommended
- You will need: a drain with an air gap device and sanitary trap
- You will need: a dedicated 15 A grounded outlet; a licensed electrician is required in New York City
Installation Notes
The drain pump can discharge up to 8 ft above the unit through 3/8 in. tubing. Keep the toe kick vents and the front clear, leave the clearances shown in the XO manual, and leave room for the door handle if the hinge side is against a wall. This unit is indoor only; XO states that use outdoors voids the warranty. In New York City the dedicated circuit must be installed by a licensed electrician.
