The XO Pro-Grade XOGPOWER60K is a 16 in. built-in power burner with a dual ring 304 stainless burner rated at 60,000 BTU, for wok cooking, seafood boils and big stockpots that a grill side burner cannot drive.
A removable wok ring holds a round-bottom wok, LED lights mark the controls, and it is offered in natural gas (XOGPOWER60KN) or propane (XOGPOWER60KL), with or without the matching XO cover.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

- Required: a gas supply matching the version ordered, sized for a 60,000 BTU appliance and connected by a licensed gas fitter, and a 115V outlet for the lighting
Installation Notes
Cut the island 14-1/2 in. wide, 19 in. deep and 10-1/2 in. high, notch an overhanging countertop back 9/16 in., and observe the clearances in the XO owner's manual. Size the gas line for the full 60,000 BTU load. In New York City, gas appliances on terraces and rooftops are regulated by the FDNY and the Department of Buildings, gas piping must be run by a licensed master plumber, and propane cylinder use is heavily restricted, so we review the space before quoting. Book a design consultation to plan the island, gas line and layout.

XO Limited Warranty for stainless steel gas grills and gas burners, residential use, per the XO owner's manual: limited lifetime on the stainless steel cast burners and fabricated stainless steel housing; 5 years on briquette trays, stainless steel grates, drip pans and gas valves; 2 years on all other components. The covered part is repaired or replaced free, with the owner paying labor, installation and shipping. Common-area use carries 180 days; commercial use is excluded. Register online with XO within 90 days of purchase; coverage is for the original owner in the continental United States and Canada.
