Countertop wood-fired models with matching available finish. Capacity, cooking-floor size, overall dimensions, support requirements and optional cover/tool bundles differ. The XO XOPIZZA4W is a 40 in. wood-fired countertop pizza and hearth oven, made in Italy, with a 32 x 24 in. firebrick cooking floor that fits up to four pizzas. XO's patented Air Plus system feeds combustion air from the bottom of the oven, so it reaches cooking temperature in about 15 to 20 minutes on less wood.
XO rates it to 1,000 F. A stainless door with air control, a stainless stack damper and a built-in thermometer let you manage the fire, and it comes in Carbone (black) or Rosso (red).

Installation Notes
XO's manual says to use the oven only outdoors in a well-ventilated area, never in a garage, breezeway or other enclosure, on a level, fireproof surface able to carry 300 lb, with all combustible materials, including wood decks, at least 4 ft away. Burn only dry, seasoned hardwood and position the oven out of strong wind, since sparks can leave the mouth. NYC Fire Code restricts charcoal and other open-flame cooking on balconies, terraces and rooftops, so a wood-fired oven at a New York City address needs the building and the code reviewed before you buy. Book a design consultation and we will check the location and plan the countertop or cart.
