Installation Notes

XO's XOPIZZA4 guide uses the door for closed-door cooking at lower temperatures and to put the fire out: close the door tightly and let the fire die. Let the oven cool before you change doors. In New York City, wood-fired cooking appliances on terraces and rooftops are restricted; confirm building and Fire Code approval for the oven first.
