It includes a wood-burning option, a stainless steel flue with a spark arrestor, and a fully insulated stainless steel interior dome for optimal heat retention. With an intuitive single-knob control, a chamber thermometer, and a vented stainless steel door, it’s built for precision cooking. Available in Black or Red powder coat, this Italian-made oven delivers professional results at home.
