The XO Pro-Grade 30 in. built-in griddle (XOGRIDDLE30) gives an outdoor kitchen a flat-top for smash burgers, fajitas, fried rice, pancakes and vegetables. Two independently controlled 304 stainless steel U-shaped burners put out 18,000 BTU each, 36,000 BTU in all, across a 495 sq. in. stainless steel cooking surface with room for about 22 burgers.
Flame Thrower ignition lights without electricity, blue LEDs illuminate the knobs, and a built-in grease trough keeps cleanup simple. A stainless steel lid covers the griddle when it is not in use. Choose natural gas or propane, with or without the vinyl cover, above.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

- Required: a non-combustible island with the cutout above, or XO's XOG30JACKET insulated liner when combustible materials are present
- Required: a gas supply run by a licensed installer and a 115V GFI outlet for the LED lighting
Installation Notes
Install the griddle in a cross-ventilated, non-combustible island with a 28-3/4 in. wide, 24 in. deep and 10-7/8 in. high cutout; any combustible construction requires XO's XOG30JACKET liner and its larger 31-1/4 x 25-3/4 x 12 in. cutout. XO says never to install it in an enclosed space, under unprotected overhead combustibles, or in an elevated location without approval from local code authorities. In New York City, gas grills on terraces and rooftops are regulated by the FDNY and the Department of Buildings, gas piping must be run by a licensed master plumber, and propane cylinder use is heavily restricted, so we review the space before quoting. Book a design consultation to plan the island, cutout and gas run.

Warranty
XO limited warranty for residential use, per the XO griddle owner's manual: lifetime parts coverage on the stainless steel burners and fabricated stainless steel housing; 5 years on stainless steel grates, drip pans and gas valves; and 2 years on all other components. Coverage is parts only, with the owner paying labor, installation and shipping. Common area use, such as multi-dwelling condos and apartments, carries a 180 day warranty. Coverage is for the original purchaser in the continental United States and Canada, requires online registration within 90 days, and excludes discoloration and minor surface rust.
