The Trade-Wind L7260-23 is a 60 inch stainless steel BBQ hood liner (L7200 series) with two internal blowers rated 2300 CFM, built to mount inside a custom wood or non-combustible canopy over an outdoor grill. The 32 in. deep liner covers the grill front to back, the baffle filters lift out for the dishwasher, and the unit arrives pre-wired, so the canopy builder only frames, ducts and wires it.
It is the right choice when the hood should disappear into stone, stucco or wood millwork rather than show as a stainless box.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: L7260-23 liner with two internal blowers, baffle filters, halogen light fixtures, pre-wired controls
- Required: a framed custom canopy with solid backing, rigid metal ducting to an approved roof or wall cap (no damper, no flex duct), a dedicated 120 V circuit, mounting screws (by others)
Installation Notes
The liner is screwed through its top and back into structural framing inside the canopy, then ducted vertically per the Trade-Wind L7200 installation instructions and Best Practices. Trade-Wind requires at least 3 ft of weatherproof roof coverage on every side not protected by an adjacent wall, sealed metal ductwork run outdoors and no back-draft damper in a BBQ application. In New York City, exhaust ducting through roofs or walls often needs building approval, so confirm the duct route early. Is the blower included?
Yes. The -23 model has two internal blowers rated 2300 CFM. The L7260 is the remote-blower version.
What canopy do I need?
A framed wood or non-combustible canopy with solid backing, sized to the liner per the installation drawing.
How high above the grill?
At least 36 in. to a combustible canopy or 30 in. to a non-combustible canopy, per Trade-Wind.
Can I use a damper?
No. Trade-Wind says not to use any damper in a BBQ hood application.

Warranty
Trade-Wind L7200 Series BBQ Liner warranty: 3 years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship for the original user. Faulty installation, undersized ducting and restrictive caps are not covered.
