The XO Pro Luxury 42 inch built-in gas grill pairs three cast stainless steel burners with a variable infrared sear burner that reaches 1,000 F in about a minute, plus a rear infrared rotisserie burner. It has 869 sq in of main cooking area and 99,000 BTU in total, so it suits an outdoor kitchen island that needs one grill to sear, roast and cook for a crowd.

Installation Notes
The grill drops into the cutout and rests on its sides and back, so it can be removed for service without disturbing the island. XO says never to use it under overhead combustible construction, in a garage, porch, shed or enclosed area. In New York City, gas piping requires a licensed master plumber and a permit. Yes. Choose natural gas or propane when you order. XO packs an LP conversion kit with the grill.

Warranty
Per the XO owner's manual: a limited lifetime warranty on the stainless steel cast main burners and fabricated stainless steel housing, five years on briquette trays, stainless grates, drip pans and gas valves, and two years on all other components. The owner pays labor, installation, shipping and handling, and the grill must be registered with XO within 90 days of purchase.
