The XO Pro Luxury 36-inch built-in gas grill is the centerpiece of a serious outdoor kitchen: two cast stainless steel burners, a variable infrared sear burner and a rear infrared rotisserie burner, all under a welded 304 stainless steel hood. It is built for homeowners and designers who want one grill that can sear, roast and spit-cook, available for natural gas or propane.

Installation Notes
XO requires a non-combustible enclosure, and a built-in installed in a wood island needs an insulated jacket. Follow the clearances, gas pressure and island ventilation requirements in the XO owner's manual, and plan vent openings in the island. Gas connections should be made by a qualified installer. In New York City gas work is governed by the NYC Fuel Gas Code and needs a permitted installation. Book a design consultation and we will help you plan the island, gas line and hood.

Does the rotisserie come with the grill?
Yes. XO includes the rear infrared rotisserie burner, motor, spit and forks.
What cutout does it need?
34 3/4 in. wide by 22 in. deep, or 37 1/4 in. by 23 1/4 in. with the insulated jacket. Confirm height with the XO manual.
Natural gas or propane?
Both are available as separate models. The grill ships set for one fuel, so choose the fuel before ordering.
Do I need a vent hood?
It depends on the structure above the grill. Our guide explains when one is needed.
