The XO Pro Luxury 30 (XOGRILL30) is a compact built-in gas grill with two cooking zones: a 22,000 BTU cast 304 stainless main burner and a 22,000 BTU variable infrared sear burner that XO says reaches 1,000 F in about a minute. An 11,000 BTU rear infrared burner drives rotisserie cooking.
Welded 304 stainless construction, a spring-assist hood, Flame Thrower ignition and blue LED controls with halogen interior lamps round it out. Choose natural gas or propane, with an optional cover.

Installation Notes
Cut the island to 28-3/4 x 24 x 10-7/8 in., use the XO insulated jacket wherever combustible materials are present, and keep 14 in. at the sides and 16 in. at the back from combustible construction. XO says never to use the grill under overhead combustible construction, in an enclosed area, or on a balcony, deck or patio above the ground floor, which affects many New York City terraces and roofs. Gas connections should be made by a qualified installer, and NYC gas piping requires a licensed master plumber and permit. Book a consultation and we will review the island and gas run with you.
