Description

The Alfa Moderno 2 Pizze, Moderno 3 Pizze and Classico 2 Pizze Hybrid Kit (ACKIT-HYB-2P3P) lets a gas-fired Alfa oven burn firewood too. Made for the Alfa Moderno 2 Pizze and 3 Pizze gas ovens and the Classico 2 Pizze gas oven, it pairs a burner lid that covers the gas burner with a wood holder that keeps logs and embers to one side of the floor.

Installation Notes

With the oven cold, fit the burner lid over the gas burner and set the wood holder on the other side before lighting wood (Alfa catalogue). Rules on wood smoke, propane cylinders and rooftop or terrace cooking vary by building and town, including in New York City, so confirm what your building allows before you set up.

Is this kit required?

No. It is an optional accessory for the Alfa Moderno 2 Pizze and 3 Pizze gas ovens and the Classico 2 Pizze gas oven; the oven cooks on gas without it.

Will it fit a different Alfa oven?

No. Alfa sizes each hybrid kit to a specific oven family. Check the oven model on your rating label and order the kit made for it.
