The Classico 2 Pizze is Alfa's compact gas pizza oven in Ardesia Grey, sold here as the oven alone for a countertop or an outdoor kitchen surface you already have. It bakes two pizzas at a time on a 24 x 20 in (60 x 50 cm) HeatKeeper firebrick floor and reaches 500 C (932 F) in about 30 minutes. It suits a family patio that wants wood-fired style pizza from a gas oven with simple controls.

Installation Notes
This is a freestanding outdoor oven. Alfa's manual calls for at least 8 in (20 cm) from walls and other equipment, 20 in (50 cm) around the flue and 1 m (about 3 ft) above the oven, on a flat, stable surface away from wind. Alfa asks for at least 4 in (10 cm) to connect the gas source. Gas hookup should be done by a licensed installer. How many pizzas can it cook at once?
Two pizzas on the 24 x 20 in floor, with a pizza ready in about 90 seconds once the oven is at temperature.
Does it include a stand?
No. This listing is the oven alone. The Classico 2 Pizze with the Alfa wheeled base is a separate listing.
Can I burn wood in it?
It is a gas oven as shipped. Adding the Alfa Hybrid Kit lets you choose wood or gas.
What gas pressure does it need?
Alfa lists 11 in WC for propane and 4 in WC for natural gas.
