Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need the rake and shovel with a gas oven?

Not usually. They are for wood firing; a gas oven only needs the peels and brush.

Can I store the tools upright?

Yes. The Alfa Dado and Vela holders take peels by the handle or upside down.
