Installation Notes

The Allegro is an outdoor wood-burning oven. Set it on a level, non-combustible surface, keep the chimney clear of overhangs, awnings and combustible walls, and follow the clearance table in the Alfa user manual. When it is built into an island, plan the support, the landing space in front of the mouth and the chimney path before the counter is poured. In New York City, wood-fired cooking is subject to local rules on open flame and smoke, and many buildings and terraces restrict it, so confirm with your building before ordering.
