The Moderno 3 Pizze is Alfa's family-size gas pizza oven, sold here in Anthracite Gray on the black Alfa oven base. It cooks three 12 inch pizzas at once on an 80 x 50 cm (about 31.5 x 19.7 in) gas-version firebrick floor and reaches 1000 F (500 C), which makes it the better pick for a patio that entertains. Propane or natural gas is selected at checkout, and the Hybrid Kit can add wood firing.

Installation Notes

This is an outdoor oven. Alfa's manual calls for at least 8 in (20 cm) from walls and other equipment, 20 in (50 cm) around the flue and 1 m (about 3 ft) above the oven, on a flat, stable surface away from wind. Gas hookup should be done by a licensed installer. For planning help in NYC and Long Island, book a design consultation.
