The Moderno 3 Pizze is Alfa's family-size gas pizza oven, sold here as the oven alone in Ruby Red. It cooks three pizzas at once on an 80 x 50 cm (about 31 x 20 in) gas-version floor and reaches 500 C (932 F) in about 30 minutes, which makes it the better pick for a patio that entertains. Propane or natural gas is selected at checkout, and the Alfa Hybrid Kit can add wood firing.

Installation Notes
This is a freestanding outdoor oven. Alfa's manual calls for at least 8 in (20 cm) from walls and other equipment, 20 in (50 cm) around the flue and 1 m (about 3 ft) above the oven, on a flat, stable surface away from wind. Alfa asks for at least 4 in (10 cm) to connect the gas source. Gas hookup should be done by a licensed installer, and in New York City a terrace or rooftop gas appliance usually needs building approval first.
