The Alfa Moderno 3 Pizze is a wood-fired countertop oven for people who cook for a crowd: its 35 x 20 in HeatKeeper firebrick floor holds three pizzas at once and recovers quickly between bakes. Built in Italy from stainless steel and iron sheet with ceramic fiber insulation, it suits an outdoor kitchen counter or the matching Alfa oven base. This is the Fire Yellow wood-burning version.

Installation Notes
This is an outdoor wood-burning countertop oven. Alfa requires its feet to stay on so air can flow under the oven floor, and it must sit on a fixed, fireproof surface with enough load capacity for 214 lb, or on a table with locking wheels. Keep at least 8 in (20 cm) from walls and other equipment and flammable material at least 3 ft away.
Under a roof or pergola, Alfa calls for a UL103HT double-wall chimney in place of the supplied single-wall pipe, with 3 in of clearance around it and at least 3 ft of rise above the roof. Rules on wood smoke and terrace or rooftop cooking vary by building and town, including in New York City, so check before you install.

No. It is a countertop oven. Use a non-combustible counter or the matching Alfa Oven Base for 3 Pizze.

Alfa sells a hybrid kit for 2 Pizze and 3 Pizze ovens that adds a gas burner; it is listed under Optional Accessories.
How hot does it get?
Alfa rates the maximum oven temperature at 500 C. Do not exceed that limit, as damage from over-firing is excluded from the warranty.

Labor, shipping and assembly are not included. Coverage does not apply to improper installation or use, damage from exceeding 500 C, liquid fire starters or chemicals, or unapproved parts.
