The Amantii Tru-View XL 60 (60-TRU-VIEW-XL) is a five foot three-sided built-in electric fireplace in Amantii's deeper XL cabinet. Side panels come off for a front-only, corner or three-sided view, and the 60 can be hardwired to 240V for more heater output. It suits a peninsula, a room divider or a corner wall in a living room or covered outdoor room where the fire needs to read from several directions.

  • Required: a framed opening per the manual and a grounded 15 A, 120V outlet, or a 240V, 20 A hardwired circuit by a licensed electrician
  • Optional: Amantii decorative glass or log media, sold separately

Installation Notes

This is an electric appliance with no gas line, vent or chimney, which makes it a practical choice for New York City apartments and condos where a gas or wood fireplace is not allowed. For 240V operation the cord is removed and the unit is wired directly with four conductor cable, which must be done by a licensed electrician. In a bathroom the unit needs GFCI protection and must stay away from showers and tubs. Outdoors, Amantii requires a rain overhang of at least half the roofline height in front and on each side. Frequently Asked Questions

Should I wire it for 240V?

If you want it to heat the room rather than just take the chill off, yes. It needs a dedicated 240V circuit and hardwiring by an electrician.

Can it be a corner fireplace?

Yes. Remove the fending panel on one end for a front-and-side view.

Does it come with media?

Amantii's manual says no media is included; check your order confirmation, and we can add an Amantii media kit.

What opening do I frame?

63-3/4 in wide, 14-3/4 in deep and about 27-1/8 in high per the manual table.

Warranty

Amantii's electric fireplace warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for two years from the date of first purchase, for the original purchaser in the US and Canada. Light bulbs and labor are excluded.
