- We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.

The Aquafire Direct Plumb Kit connects an Aquafire AWA Series water vapor fireplace directly to a 1/4" water line so the tank refills itself automatically — no manual filling, no interruption to the flame. Every AWA Series insert you install needs its own kit, and the first kit on an order ships with a Vapor Pure water softener to protect the mist maker from hard-water scale.
- Continuous automatic refill — the fireplace draws from your water supply and stops on its own when the tank is full.
- Simple 1/4" OD connection — plumbs in like a refrigerator ice maker, with a tap switch for service.
- Vapor Pure softener included on the first kit — hard water is the single biggest cause of shortened mist-maker life.
- One kit per fireplace — order an additional kit for each extra insert in a ganged run.
- Installs in minutes — four M4 screws and a Phillips screwdriver, following the assembly guide.
