- We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.

Replacement cartridge for the Aquafire Vapor Pure Water Softener System. The resin in a softener cartridge is consumed as it works, and once it is spent the hard water passes straight through to the mist maker — so the cartridge, not the housing, is the part on a service schedule. Match the grade to the housing already installed.
- Restores full softening capacity without replacing the housing or re-plumbing anything.
- Two grades — 300-grain residential and 700-grain commercial — matched to the Vapor Pure system installed.
- Protects the mist maker, the costliest wear component in a water vapor fireplace.
- Keeps vapor density and flame clarity consistent as the system ages.
- Tool-free swap in the existing Vapor Pure housing.
