- We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.

The Vapor Pure Water Softener System was engineered specifically for Aquafire to strip out the hardness, scale, chlorine odor, iron, dirt and dust that otherwise coat the mist maker and dull the flame.

- Two capacities — 300-grain residential and 700-grain commercial, so high-demand installs are not left refilling cartridges.
- Cuts scale and mineral haze — keeps vapor output dense and the flame effect crisp.
- Reduces chlorine odor, iron, dirt and dust before they ever reach the tank.
- Replaceable cartridge design — swap the cartridge rather than the whole housing.
