The Delta Heat double side burner drops into the outdoor kitchen countertop beside the grill and adds two sealed 16,000 BTU burners for sauces, sides and a pot of corn while the grill handles the main course. It is built in 304 stainless steel with a matching lid, battery spark ignition and LED-lit knobs that can be powered from a Delta Heat grill, and it comes in natural gas or propane with stainless, black or white trim.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

- You will need: a countertop cutout, a gas line with an accessible shutoff valve (natural gas) or a 20 lb propane cylinder in a vented enclosure, and a licensed gas installer

Installation Notes
Order the fuel your site has; the burner is set at the factory for natural gas or propane and the rating plate must match the supply. Keep 12 in of clearance from the back and sides to combustible construction, never install it under an unprotected combustible overhead, and keep the gas shutoff accessible. Propane enclosures need ventilation openings, and the factory regulator and hose must be used.
In New York City, gas piping to an outdoor kitchen requires a licensed master plumber and a DOB permit, and roof or terrace installations usually need building approval.

A wire under the burner plugs into the matching connection on a Delta Heat grill, which powers the LED knob lights.

Warranty
Delta Heat warrants the side burner and all of its component parts against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for one year from the original date of purchase; the part is repaired or replaced free of charge and the owner pays labor, installation and shipping. In multi-user settings such as bed and breakfast inns, private clubs and multi-dwelling condos and apartments the term is 90 days, and commercial locations are excluded.
